SLAB JACKING OR PRESSURISED

slab jacking or pressurized concrete leveling is a concrete repair procedure that is designed to correct sunken concrete slabs. Slab jacking involves raising or leveling a sunken or misaligned slab (such as a house floor, driveway, patio, or any other concrete structure) by pumping a grout mixture below the slab. Many grout mixtures/material designs are used for slab jacking.

The process consists of drilling small holes in damaged concrete or foundations in order to fill voids created by lifting a foundation or to raise concrete that has sank due to settlement. We have the latest grout pressure pumps SP11 LMR to enable a quick no fuss service. Slab jacking remains a very desirable method of solving slab problems due to several factors:

·        More economical than replacing concrete

·        Faster than removal and replacement

·        Maintains the texture and appearance of the concrete surface

·        Extends the useful life of the slab

·        Increases the load bearing capacity of the slab
